Website Terms of Use

Information on this site

Our service pages and blog guides are general information about pests and pest control in southeastern Pennsylvania. They are not a quote, a diagnosis of your property, or legal, medical or insurance advice. Every property is different; the plan and price for your job are set out in the written quote we give you after an inspection.

Service agreements

Pest control work is governed by the written quote or service agreement you accept, not by this website. If anything on the site conflicts with your written agreement, the agreement controls.

Third-party links and reviews

Links to other sites, including government agencies and our Google and Facebook profiles, are provided for convenience. Customer reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them.

Images

Some photos on this site are illustrations of typical scenes rather than photos of a specific job, crew or property.
